I am athletically inclined in all aspects of my being- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I constantly test and challenge the limits and stereotypes and try to be the best I can be in all ways by the grace of god and working at it. I love outdoors, healthy pursuits such as hiking- and athletic ones such as the martial arts, aerobics, LSD trail-running/walking etc.I am quite outgoing and love music of all types.. but mostly R&B I'd say.
U2 is my fav band because they are truly of god in their message and their social activism worldwide to end world hunger and poverty through ONE... Check it out at www.one.org and sign up yourself to do the same. Current Favorite Artists / Bands: All around in general... it is U2 handsdown! Favorite Song: I have so many... One of them is Let it bleed by the Rolling stones... or We Exalt Thee by Petra the christian Rock band. I like all types of music both christian and secular. Favorite Album: Let it bleed by the Rolling Stones or Achtung Baby by U2... Favorite Music Video: Any U2 in concert- they love their fans and are sooo good to them!I also like the way they uplift and Champion their fellow Musicians rather than compete with them.

It is a latin quote from my University of Alberta graduation degree crest which comes from the Bible in the book of Phillipians and means Whatsoever things are true- It is about dwelling and being transformed by the renewing of your mind on that which is true, noble and of virtue- think on these things- and cast down the garbage thoughts... taking every thought captive to the Mind of Christ... both beautiful and challenging thoughts on becoming glorified in Him like we were created to become.
